After weighing, the boxes are automatically conveyed to the pre-stacking unit. Here, the boxes are efficiently pre-stacked, increasing the capacity of the palletizing process and ensuring an optimal product flow. The pre-stacked boxes are then transported to the palletizer.

Empty pallets are automatically supplied from the pallet magazine and accurately positioned on the chain conveyor. The palletizer then stacks the boxes efficiently according to the required stacking pattern. Once a pallet is complete, it is automatically transferred to the pallet discharge conveyor, ready for easy removal by forklift.

This results in an efficient and continuous palletizing process with high capacity and minimal manual handling.
