The Taks pre-stacking unit has been developed for the automatic pre-stacking of 30 × 40 cm boxes containing, for example, vine tomatoes. By pre-stacking the boxes before palletising, multiple boxes can be fed efficiently to the palletiser.
This increases the capacity of the palletising process and allows the processing line to be utilised more efficiently. The unit is particularly suitable for tomato packaging lines where speed, continuity and high processing capacity are important.
