Urbinati potting machine
The machine stores the settings for each specific pot size, thereby reducing changeover times between different pot sizes during production.
The machine is equipped with a three-motion pot destacker and an integrated ‘pot counter’ function, which allows a specific number of units to be programmed, thereby simplifying the operator’s work where necessary.
The speed of the discharge conveyor can be adjusted via the PLC, as can many other functions, which can be easily set from the remote control panel.
Automatic potting compost feed system supplied as standard, with recovery and recirculation of excess material. Supplied with: 40 mm diameter metal auger, including plate and pot discharge conveyor. L = 4000 mm
