Complete Javo potting line
Complete Javo system for the automatic filling and processing of pots. The line consists of a Javo tray destacker, a Javo Standard potting machine and a Javo Linea Recta robot.
The trays are automatically destacked and fed into the line. The pots are filled by the Javo Standard, after which the Linea Recta robot automatically picks up the filled pots and places them precisely into the trays.
The system thus automates several steps of the potting process and reduces the amount of manual labour.
